Our Approach

Pre-training engagement to connect and improve the experience

To help us tailor the session and pre-engage learners to a training session we encourage them to complete a 10-minute pre-course survey in the lead up to the course. When the competing demands prevent them from doing so, we still make it work well, however pre-course activity completion really helps.

Encouraging self-directed application in the workplace

To help keep the learning alive, at the end of your session we'll encourage participants to create an action plan and send a meeting request to an accountability buddy to help them commit to applying what they learnt in class.

Support learner-driven reinforcement

Learners can access all of their training materials (hardcopy & PDF) for ease of reference and continued reading back on the job. All-inclusive training resources will provided.

Assessments

Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)

  • • All clients enrolled for accredited qualifications & unit standards with credit allocations will be expected to work on a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).
  • • The Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) will consist of both theoretical learning assessment, workplace observation assessment and a workplace logbook.
  • • We simplify the management of your training with reporting and transparency of outcomes through a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) to ensure success.

Assessment & Transparency

Transparency & Feedback:

You will receive a summary and detailed participant feedback from all the Assessments.

Appeal Process:

Client can lodge an appeal if they not satisfied with the report

Re-Assessment:

All re-assessments will be charged at an additional cost to the client.
